I need hot water

I've had no hot water since last Tuesday. It's not usual that no hot water continues such a long time before summer time. (In summer time, there is a period hot water supply stops a week because of water supply construction.) So that I couldn't take a bath just washed a body with a cup of boiled water. Though It was Eco friendly I felt really uncomfortable and a bit disgusting. I long for hot water comes. Please Please.. see u.
